Its also a very quicker recipe and healthy also,Its a perfect tea time time snack for all types of people of all age groups. So dont waste more time and lets see the recipe of this mouth watering super easy dish.



Ingredients:
6 Bread Slices
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of hing
5 to 6 curry leaves
salt to taste
4 tsp raw peanuts
coriander leaves for garnishing

Method
Cut bread slices in to small pieces.
Heat oil, add peanuts and fry till it gets nice brown color.
Now take out peanuts and in the same oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, pinch of hing, curry leaves, green chillies and onions and fry till it gets light golden color.
Add turmeric powder and add bread pieces, add salt, mix.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fried peanuts

We have no dearth of festivals and each one come with its own set of savories and sweets that are prepared specially for the occasion. With the Festival of lights, its more general, you have the liberty to prepare whatever you want. From childhood, I remember being actively involved and looking forward to what Mother would make for the day. Those days she used to make so much as we used to distribute to the entire neighborhood. Plus you get to taste their treats. It really used to be such a fun time.Rice Ladoo is one of those recipes which Mother prepared for us.Its also a very quicker recipe.


Ingredients:
Parboiled Rice – 2 cups
Jaggery – 1/2 cup, powdered
Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp

Method:
1. Wash the rice and drain well.
2. Spread it out on a white cloth and dry under the sun.
3. Then dry roast until light golden and cool.
4. Grind to a fine powder.
5. Grind the coconut and jaggery together to a coarse mixture (no need to add water).
6. Combine the rice flour and coconut jaggery mixture in a large bowl.
7. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
8. Make small balls of this mixture and keep them on a clean white cloth to dry.
9. Store them in an airtight container.
